Applicant and Co-applicant(s) must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen
- Age: Between 18 and 59 years
- Creditworthiness: Bureau score as per the specific product program
Each loan product may have additional eligibility parameters detailed in the respective product information documents.
Applicants are required to submit the following minimum documents:
- KYC documents of the applicant and co-applicant(s)
- Bank statement(s)
- Proof of income
- Property ownership proof (for LAP)
- Photograph affixed on the application form
A secured business loan is a credit facility provided against collateral to support MSMEs. It can be used for:
- Upgrading or purchasing machinery
- Procuring raw materials
- Addressing working capital needs
- Meeting other short-term operating expenses
Repayment is structured in equal monthly instalments (EMIs) at fixed intervals.
- Age: Between 18 and 59 years
- Business Continuity: Owned and operated at the same location for a minimum of 3 years
- Business Premises: Conducted from a permanent structure

The entire process is typically completed within 8β10 working days, subject to submission of complete documentation and satisfactory verification reports. Steps include:

No, a guarantor is not required. For enhanced eligibility, we may consider a family member (spouse or parent) as a co-applicant.

Our preferred mode of repayment is through NACH (National Automated Clearing House). You can also repay via:

Yes, you may apply for an additional loan. Approval will be subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and conditions applicable to the respective loan product.
A top-up loan allows existing borrowers to access additional funds without going through the entire loan process again. It can be used for:
- Business expansion
- Home or office renovation
- Medical or education expenses
- Other personal or professional needs

- Auto-Debit (Preferred): If registered for NACH, your EMI will be automatically debited on the due date
- Register for Auto-Debit: Complete registration through our Customer Portal
- Manual Payment: Use secure payment links sent via SMS or email
It generally takes up to 3 working days for payment to reflect. If more than 3 days have passed:
- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Go to Service Ticket Request
- Select "Payment made but not updated"
- Share the required payment details for verification
- Online Payment: Log in to the Customer Portal and complete the payment
- Payment Link: Use the link sent to your registered email ID
- Assisted Payment: Contact your Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or primary loan partner
Yes, you can make an advance EMI payment online via the Customer Portal, provided you are not registered for auto-debit (NACH). If NACH is active, do not make manual advance payments as the EMI will be auto-debited on the due date.
Your EMI due date is fixed on the 5th of every month. Please ensure sufficient balance in your account before the due date to avoid late payment charges.
Yes, your EMI due date can be changed, subject to the defined due date options available for the specific loan product. Please note that applicable charges will be levied for processing the change.
Late payment fees and related charges are specified in your loan agreement. Any updates or changes to these charges will be communicated to you through SMS or WhatsApp. Please refer to your loan agreement document for exact details.
No, the EMI auto-debit facility cannot be cancelled while your loan is active. However, you can update your bank account details by emailing customercare@finverracapital.com with your Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name, Account Holder's Name, Cancelled Cheque, and Loan ID. A service fee of INR 550 + GST is applicable.
Bounce charges are applied when:
- Your EMI is not paid on or before the due date
- An auto-debit attempt fails because your bank declines the payment
Note: Your bank may also levy additional penalties for inward return transactions.
The extra payment will be adjusted against your next EMI or refunded, provided there are no other dues. To request a refund, write to our customer care team with your loan details and payment information.
Send an email to our customer care team with your loan details and payment information. Once verified, the excess amount will be processed for refund in accordance with our policies.

- Enter your Loan Account Number or Registered Mobile Number
- Verify via OTP
- Select Download Statement of Account / Repayment Schedule
Your NOC will be available on the Customer Portal after 15 working days from the date of loan closure. Visit finverracapital.com, login, enter your Loan Account Number, verify via OTP, and select Download NOC. You may also email customercare@finverracapital.com.
A credit score is a three-digit number (300β900) reflecting your creditworthiness. It is based on:
- Timely repayment of EMIs and loans
- Credit card usage and repayment discipline
- Number of loan/credit applications made
- Length of credit history
- Outstanding debts and credit utilization
- Pay EMIs and credit card bills on time
- Keep credit utilization below 30β40%
- Avoid frequent loan/credit applications
- Maintain a healthy credit mix
- Check your credit report regularly and correct errors
A score of 750+ is considered strong.
Once all EMIs and charges are cleared, your loan will be reported as closed to the credit bureau within 45 days from the date of your final payment.
Yes, you can pre-close your loan as per the terms of your loan agreement. A Pre-closure / Foreclosure fee will be applicable as specified in your loan agreement's Terms & Conditions.
Write to customercare@finverracapital.com with all active loan account numbers and a valid proof of residence (utility bill, rental agreement, Aadhaar, etc.). This may take up to 15 working days subject to positive verification.
For Vehicle Loans: Finverra Capital will issue an NOC and Form 35 (downloadable from Customer Portal after 15 days of closure). Submit these to your RTO to remove the hypothecation and get an updated RC.
For Property Loans: An NOC/Loan Closure Certificate will be issued along with your original property documents. Approach the Registrar/Sub-Registrar's office to remove the lien/mortgage entry.
